之前楼上说的已经很全面了，我给你讲一个更简单的例子：

你买了股票可以理解为拥有着公司的一份子（很小很小的一份子，比如说万分之一公司是你的）。当公司盈利的时候，你的万分之一也盈利了；当公司亏损的时候，你的那部分也跟着亏损了……所以你亏的钱跑到哪里去了呢？就是公司的亏损跑到哪里去了你的亏损也是在那里亏的。

当然，这是一个抽象的比喻，因为我的例子是假设股份不变的情况。整个公司就像一块大饼，当切割成更多部分的时候，你手上的一部分也会贬值。这是另一种情况 ：）
