摘要[目的]在对农地流转现状进行综述的基础上，分析影响农户农地流转的各种因素,探讨农地流转发展新出路。[方法]通过对白水县140户农户的调查，分析白水县农地流转现状和存在问题，采用多元线性回归模型对影响农地流转面积的各因素进行分析。[结果]农户土地流转面积受家庭非农年收入、家庭意愿面积与家庭实际承包面积的差值以及家庭现有面积与在家劳动力的比值影响显著[结论]家庭现有面积与在家劳动力的比值对流转面积的影响最为显著。因此，在建立农地流转的市场化机制的过程中要重点考虑以上几方面的影响因素。
