This handbook fills a much-needed gap in BOM literature and features the best practices in behavioral operations research as well as new research directions and applications. Designed as reference on methodology, supporting literatures, and applications, this handbook is a uniquely comprehensive resource on BOM research for both active and new operations scholars from a variety of backgrounds conducting behavioral research.
