更正过了，12版的，不是13版，应该有所不同，但是看到目前为止还没有很大的差别。

im used the 12 edition before ,is 2007 FASB updated,

but in USA FASB,,some accounting standard will change between 3 year,

so the 13 edition is updated in 2010, cancel some topic,

and the exercise in the book have some change,but not a lot,,



hope you can more clear,,before have a link can download,but don't know why now is delete,
so now i should download in here,, so i felt very sad,
