资源配置和创新是企业家做的事，资本家只是占有这些资源罢了。

企业家就是资本家，这是发达国家的常识。不认同公司的目标，就不会做股东，这是常识。配置资源和创新的是公司的全体股东（这里请特别注意，这里主要指的的是公司初创时期的股东，主要不是指公司成功后，上市后的小股东）。你这个小农，思想落后，只知道你乡下的一亩三分地，不懂市场经济的大生产。不要瞎讲。不上台面。米西米西炒咸菜。

没有这个常识，完全是你胡编滥造。
阿甘正传看了没？阿甘打鱼赚了一些钱，被他兄弟拿去帮他买了苹果股票，阿甘跟着发财就行了，他还以为那是个卖水果的公司呢，哈哈，他别说认同了，都不知道公司的目标是什么。
照你那么说，股票的收益应该全给他那个兄弟（他才是配置资源的那个人）！可是资本主义的规矩是给阿甘。

瞎编的电影不是事实。再说，那是在人家公司上市以后。无效反驳。

市场经济下配置资源是价值或者价格规律的作用，资本家起不了这么大的作用，资本家的工作就是通过买、卖商品赚取最大利润。

一个刚成立的，以创新为目标的小公司，向生产 生产工具的厂商，买了一批生产工具。钱是公司的，买来的生产工具（资本）也是公司的。公司是生产工具（资本）的所有者，就是全体股东是生产工具（资本）的所有者。 看到了吗？ 资本的所有者就是资本家。同时，刚成立的以创新为目标的小公司的全体股东都是企业家，所以，资本家就是企业家。一回事。

Entrepreneurs are often thought of asbeing the driving force in an economy because they are the people who start newbusinesses or bring new products to market.
Capital
another factor of production is capital sometimes called capital goods -the tools, equipmemt, machinery, and factories used in the production of goodsand services. ....

小撒他区分不了资本家和企业家，

他爸爸是老师，也是他爸爸，

所以，他到了学校里之后，见到老师就认为是爸爸，见到爸爸就认为是老师。难道是有区别的吗？


固然，许多企业的开办者和创业者和经营者，那是资本家，也是企业家。但是，资本家在开办企业，在经营企业，在创业的时候，是一身二任的。
也有的企业，其开办者、创业者，是劳动者，纯劳动者。企业做大了之后，他变成企业家和资本家。
