The MDC (Multinomial Discrete Choice) procedure analyzes models where the choice set consists of multiple alternatives。
This procedure supports conditional logit, mixed logit, heteroscedastic extreme value, nested logit, and multinomial probit models. The MDC procedure uses the maximum likelihood (ML) or simulated maximum likelihood method for model estimation。

查了一下sas/ETS，还真没注意到有这个过程啊。学习了。

Here is the SAS pgm for the simulation data + estimation based on simulation data for a conditional logit model/a discreta choice model.

The estimation uses the procedures both SAS canned procedure(proc MDC) and me written codes with SAS proc nlmixed.

The results are much each other from both approaches. The results are concured with simulation parameters.
