最近在看一篇文章，看到一个词小弟不知道什么意思，请教各位大虾，但没人响应。看来需要花钱才能摆平，O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
investment smoothing，是什么意思？

后文也提到smoothing allows for the desirable output expansion to hold irrespective of the spillover level.
smoothing应该是指平滑吧
investment smoothing 就是投资平滑 或者 投资修匀

你给点上下文吧，貌似这不是一个术语
