2019年9月30日的FRM证书有人收到了吗？

刚收到协会的邮件回复，内容如下
Due to the fact that you have not yet revived your certificate, as a one time courtesy, GARP will reissue you your physical certificate for free. Please be sure that the address on your account is sufficient to allow for timely arrival of your certificate.

Be sure to clearly show on your address the following pieces of information in the "Mailing Street" field, if applicable:

Building ## / Street name
Building name / Floor ## / Apartment or Suite ##
Local area name
Other important details
Phone ##

Please be sure that each line does not exceed 30 characters, and do not put in the state/province, city, or country details in the "Mailing Street" field. You may need to break up the building name, floor number, apartment or suite number into two or three lines if this line is too long.

Please be sure to include a postal code, if your country uses postal codes.

After you have made those changes, please contact us again so that we can add you to the distribution list for certificates that are scheduled to go out on 31 December 2019.


Please respond before 20 December 2019 to ensure that you are included in the reissue list.

收到邮件回复了，基本没得到什么有用信息。
Thank you for your inquiry. We are currently awaiting an update from our distributor regarding tracking details for our certificate shipments, which should be received within the coming weeks. We kindly request additional time as well as your continued patience as we await an update from them to share with all of our candidates expecting to receive their certificates soon. Please monitor your email for tracking correspondence from UPS.
