急求：营销数据分析 （SPSS）

正在做一个营销学期末报告，数据已经收集整理好，但是不会分析，请指教。

这个报告研究的是文化差异对消费者的服务评价的影响。要证明变量part1中的1-6，是变量part2 中的7-12的原因。

由于数据为名义变量，因此应用交叉列联表分析较好。同时，可以借助频数来分析数据构成情况。
