利用file和put语句导出数据，如何把变量名也导出到数据文件中？

请问高手，利用file和put语句导出csv数据，如何把变量名也导出到数据文件中？
我目前只能导出数据，但变量名不在csv文件中。
请大家指点。

代码示例如下：
data _null_;
   input salesrep : $10.  tot : comma6.  date : date9.;
   file "e:\sale.csv" dsd dlm=",";
   put   
        salesrep : $12.  
        tot : dollar9.
        date : worddate15.
        ;
datalines;
Wong 15,300 12OCT2004
Hoffman . 15OCT2008
;
run;
