This article mainly reviews the research results and progress of 40 years, including the concept, theoretical development, dimension and measurement of organizational justice, and the influence factors. And from the integration of the concept of organizational justice, the opportunity is fair, the third party justice, the group justice, the cross culture research, the methodology and so on several aspects proposed the further research ponder and the prospect.
