同意“change vision”为一个单位的名称。
本人觉得communication翻译为“沟通，交流”比较好。如果在管理科学中的话，这里应该是在探讨“与员工的沟通在管理中起到的作用”

这段的背景讲的是管理变革 所以我认为这里的 CHANGE VISION就是变革愿景 这方面的 但是具体什么我说不清楚 还请高手来指点
