黄牛倒票

黄牛把misallocation重新分配 应该是有益社会的 但是也有一些不好的情况
比如囤票->哄抬票价
比如与book office相互勾结 形成暗箱操作 谋取私利
比如假票

可不可以用“经济学原理”里的一些理论具体解释一下它的好处？我是初学者，不是很懂~谢谢

Sorry that I couldn't type Chinese....In terms of the market，ticket-scalping indeed increase the surplus of consumers and producers, but it has some negative externalities which lead the equilibrium no longer be the optimum. So without the participation of government, at the market solution （equilibrium）, 'the cost to the society outweights the benefit ( private benefit).  ^_^
