杨百寅主要成就
在国内外重要学术期刊发表了多篇学术论文。主持和参与开发了“权力与影响策略量表”、“学习型组织维度”以及“管理教练行为”等多个测量工具。曾荣获国际人力资源开发学会的“杰出学者奖”,学术论文曾多次获得国际研讨会的最佳论文奖。多次获得 “经济管理学院教学优秀一等奖”,“管理教育培训工作优秀教学奖”和“清华大学EMBA优秀教师奖”。
