Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate programs related but not limited to collaborations with top universities
in China and overseas
• Support ongoing inner globalization training programs and develop comprehensive
evaluation reports
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda

Requirements
• Undergraduate, English and Japanese bilingual speaker
• Proven cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience and passion in training or coaching programs
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
