Job Description：
1. converting business questions into visible results, presented to management.
2. able to take part in a data mining project lifecycle, who can take results and pipeline them into a system for future use.
3. be responsible for interfacing with one of our partners, or visiting customers with requirements around a data mining project.

Job Requirements：
1. university degree in quantitative field (stats, math, cs, etc.)
2. knowledge of databases and proficiency in sql
3. knowledge in programming and data manipulation-- one of the following languages: python, R, sas, matlab, java, etc.
4. knowledge in statistical methods/modeling
5. knowledge of data mining/machine learning techniques
6. willingness to take difficult problems head on
7. ability to convert difficult analysis into easy to understand visuals
8. capability in english ideal, but not necessary.

Working experience：
0-3+ years working experience
