内容摘要
随着经济全球化的深入，贸易和投资自由化得到了前所未有的加强，关税壁垒逐渐不能发挥有效的保护国内市场的作用，随之是技术性贸易壁垒越来越受各国的关注。美国、日本、欧盟他们实施TBT的条例最多，这使得我国企业的农产品出口贸易深受影响，给我国企业造成了巨大的损失。鉴于TBT所带来的影响极大，我国非常有必要深入了解造成我国农产品出口遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的的多方面原因，考虑国际国内两方面因素，分析其给我国农产品贸易带来的多领域的影响，较为全面地看待这个问题。在考虑了原因与影响这两个重要方面后，才能够找到处理技术性贸易壁垒的对策，能多角度探讨技术性贸易壁垒的解决之道。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economical globalization, the trade and the investment liberalization obtained unprecedented strengthen, Gradual tariff barriers can not play an effective role in the protection of the domestic market, followed by the technical barriers to trade get the concern of more and more countries. The United States, Japan and the European Union they implementation the most Ordinance of the TBT, which makes great impact on China's exports of agricultural products trade enterprises, China's enterprises has caused tremendous losses. In view of the great impact brought by TBT, our country has very necessary in in-depth understanding of various reasons that made China's agricultural exports experienced a number of technical barriers to trade , considering both domestic and international factors, its analysis impacts in many fields of China's agricultural trade ,so we can have a more comprehensive look at this issue. Considering the causes and effects of these two important aspects, so we can find ways to deal with technical barriers to trade and discuss solutions to break the TBT with multi-angle.
