摘要：美国民主党在2006年的中期选举中重新夺回国会参众两院的控制权，反映出美国公众对新保守派极端政策的不信任感。新保守主义将被边缘化。在民主党控制的国会的压力下，布什政府将不得不调整其中东政策。在对华关系，虽然中期选举可能会带来一些负面影响，如对华贸易保护主义可能增长，在人权问题上对中国的压力增长，但总体来说，由于中美双方在安全和经济领域相互依赖加深，两国关系稳定的局面不会受到根本影响。

Abstract: The American Democratic Party recaptures Congress senate and House of Representatives. In the intermediate stage election the domination, reflects the American public to the new conservative faction extreme policy the trust feeling. New conservatism by edge. Controls in the Democratic Party under Congress's pressure, the Bush Administration will be able not but to adjust east policy. In China policy, although the intermediate stage election possibly can bring some negative influences, if possibly grows to the China trade protectionism, in human rights question to China's pressure growth, but generally speaking, because China and America deepen in the security and the economical do maininter dependence, the both countries relations stable aspect cannot come under the basic influence.
