摘要
：在高等教育跨入大众化阶段的大背景下，高等教育公平受到越来越多的关注。本文从我国的高等教育现状落笔，重点分析了高校招生和教育过程中存在的问题，并借鉴美国的高等教育制度，重点针对高考制度、社会分层等问题简要介绍了一些解决的思路和方法。

Abstract
: Under the backdrop of higher education has stepped into the stage of popularization, the fair of higher education attracts more and more people’s attention. In my thesis, I analyze the current situation of our country’s higher education first. I just focus on the problems exist in the admission and teaching process of universities. Based on the above analysis, and on what we learn from the American Higher Education System, I try to offer some ideas and methods to solve the problems on the college entrance examination system and social stratification.
