论文题目：新生儿脐部护理中二次剪脐时间的探讨
摘 要
目的：比较采用不同时间行新生儿脐部二次修剪对其脐部的愈合和脐带残端并发症的影响，寻求合理的新生儿脐部护理方法。
方法：选取黄山市人民医院母婴同室2011年5月1日至5月31日足月健康新生儿126例，随机将新生儿分成实验组（A）和对照组(B)各63例，新生儿出生后即行常规方法断脐结扎，对照组新生儿在出生后24-48小时内行二次断脐，实验组新生儿在出生后48-72小时内行二次断脐，观察比较两组新生儿脐带残端的出血，渗液，脐周有无发红，有无脐炎发生。
结果 ：两组新生儿脐带残端出血率比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05 ) ，而新生儿脐炎的比较差异无统计学意义（p〉0.05.)
结论：新生儿出生后满48-72小时行二次剪脐，此时脐带残端胶质萎缩，剪脐后并发症少，值得临床应用推广。

新生儿：新生婴儿，特指未满月的婴儿或出生至28天的孩子
脐炎：新生儿脐炎是由于断脐时或出生后处理不当而被金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌或溶血性链球菌等侵染脐部所致。
出血：血液从血管或心脏流至组织间隙、体腔内或体外的现象。

Abstract
Objective: To compare different time line of the second cut its umbilical newborn umbilical cord stump healing and the impact of complications, neonatal umbilical care for a reasonable way.
Methods: Huangshan Municipal People's Hospital of rooming-2011 年 May 1 to May 31 healthy full-term newborn in 126 cases, newborns were randomly divided into experimental group (A) and the control group (B) of the 63 cases, new children born after conventional methods of line off the umbilical ligation in the control group 24-48 hours after birth, neonatal experts in the second off the umbilical, the experimental group infants 48-72 hours after birth, experts in the second off the umbilical observed and compared two groups of newborn umbilical cord stump bleeding, exudate,
Results: There were more neonatal umbilical cord stump bleeding rate was significantly (p <0.05), and neonatal omphalitis the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05.)
Conclusion: at least 48-72 hours after birth the umbilical line of the second cut, this time the umbilical cord stump glial atrophy, fewer complications after cutting the umbilical, is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
