护理学论文范文  论文题目：两种泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的术后护理体会 摘 要 目的：探讨慢性泪囊炎应采取何种泪囊鼻腔吻合手术更有利于患者康复。方法：将我科120例慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗的患者，按手术方法不同随机分组研究（观察组改良泪囊血腔吻合术，对照组传统外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术）。结果：观察组对照组患者的心理恐惧、疼痛、眼脸水肿等不良反应差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）两组患者术后泪溢情况差异有统计学意义P＜0.05）。结论：改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术和传统外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术对患者的心理恐惧、疼痛、眼脸水肿等不良反应无明显差异，但改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术，缩短了手术时间，减少泪溢现象，提高了手术效率，值得临床推广应用。 关键词：慢性泪囊炎 泪囊鼻腔吻合术 术后护理 Title : The comprehension that two kinds of dacryocystorhinostomy treat postoperative care of chronic dacryocystitis ABSTRACT Objective: To study which one of the two is better for patients’ rehabilitation Method:We divide 120 patients that accept dacryocystorhinostomy into two groups according to different operation methods in randomization (observation group the improvement of dacryocystorhinostomy, Control group tradional dacryocystorhinostomy). Results:That the patients’ adverse effect like psycho-dreads,pains,eyes’ edemas and so on between the observation and the control group isn’t statistical significance(P>0.05).After operation watery eye distinction Is statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The adverse effects like psycho-dreads,pains,eyes’e demas and so on isn’t very obvious.But the imppovement one is worthy being used in shorting for operation time , decreasing watery eye,and boosting the operation efficiency .
