Abstract
In recent years, the Internal model control (IMC) in the industrial process has not only been widely used, but its theoretical research has made great progress. Internal model control (IMC) is a simple and practical advanced process control algorithm, and it¡¯s the theory basis of other strategies based on model principles of IMC and its design method, characteristic and application of controller are presented, and it was applied in the process control experimental equipment, has studied the Internal model control (IMC) in the water tank water monitor system's design proposal, First carries on the model identification to the controlled plant to begin, then establishes the IMC structural model, in the discussion algorithm optimization performance index parameter choice, finally has carried on the simulation using MATLAB to the control system. The test result indicated that uses design method reasonable feasible, has manifested the cast control usability and the control effect superiority, has certain reference value regarding the cast control in other domain's application.
