Abstract
LOGO£¡current logic control module produced by Siemens Automation & Drives Group is a new-style programmable logic controller . It adopts the programmable memorizer to store and execute the operational instructions of Boolean calculation, sequence calculation, time, count and arithmetic calculation etc. inside, and controls many kinds of the mechanical and producing course by digital or simulative import and export. The dependability, operability and flexibility of LOGO! makes it become the outstanding one of the new-style industry autoimmunization production , and it wins the first award of the discrete control and sensor production in the best production award ceremony in the year of 2006/2007 of control engineering web . I study the programmer of LOGO! and research it for my graduate designing because of its excellent capability and infinite potential , which makes me become deeply interested in it . I studied a lot of basic knowledge and applications of LOGO! in the process of the graduate designing , and used its match able ¡°LOGO! Soft Comfort¡± programmer software to work out some interesting program by myself. Moreover, I learned some correlative knowledge of PLC and its internal and overseas developmental situation, and knew more about the future development of this industry by this chance. This thesis is the summary of the above content I learned. The main content includes: (1) the present status and the developmental trend of PLC. (2)The brief instruction of Siemens LOGO!. (3)The programmer of LOGO! .
