摘 要
在近几年的低压电动机损坏事故中，大约三分之一是电动机断相运行造成的。人们对于电机断相运行给电机造成的危害有着不同的观点，其中最主要体现在两点: 第一点认为断相使电动机电流增大，导致电动机过热损坏; 第二点认为断相导致电机绕组两端产生高压反电势使其击穿。实际上电机断相瞬间在绕组两端产生高于额定电压数倍的反电势给电机造成的危害远大于过热给电机造成的危害,而且断相故障不会自动排除,因此对电机的断相保护应采用瞬时动作保护而不是反时限特性保护和过热保护。
本文就针对三相电机断相保护装置进行分析与研究，设计了具有检测、监控和报警功能的断相保护装置。

Abstract
In recent years, the accident damage to low-voltage motors, about one-third operation of the motor caused by open-phase. People for the motor to run off with the harm caused to the motor has a different point of view, the most important in two points: the first point that the open-phase motor current increases, resulting in damage to motor overheating; the second point that the open-phase leading to the two motor windings have a high-pressure side to back-EMF breakdown. In fact the moment of motor off at both ends of the windings have a several times higher than the rated voltage of the back-EMF to the motor overheating is far greater than the harm caused by the harm caused to the motor, and off does not automatically rule out the possibility of failure, so the open-phase motor protection protection should be used instead of instantaneous movement characteristics of inverse time protection and overtemperature protection.
In this paper, for the three-phase motor protection devices for open-phase analysis and research, design with testing, monitoring and alarm functions of the Open-phase protection device.
