摘要 本设计讲述了采用可编程序控制器,如何控制传送带的工作过程,减少传送带的工作用电量,达到节能目的。整条传送带分为三段,每段传送带前端或后端都装有压力式压力传感器,用于检测传送带上物体的有无或位置。可编程序控制器(PLC)作为主要控制电路,接收来自传感器输出的信号,编写相应的PLC软件程序,就可以控制传送带的工作过程,实现传送带的自动控制。采用PLC,加上相应的外接硬件电路和软件程序,可以达到传送带节能的要求。

Abstract
The design on the use of programmable logic controller, how to control the conveyor belt process, the conveyor belt to reduce electricity consumption in the work to achieve energy-saving purpose .The entire conveyor belt is divided into three sections, each conveyor belt front-end or back-end are equipped with pressure-pressure sensors, used to detect objects on the conveyor belt of whether or location. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the main control circuit, receiving the signal from the sensor output, the preparation of the corresponding PLC software program, you can control the conveyor belt process, and the conveyor control. Using PLC, together with the corresponding external hardware and software program, you can reach the conveyor belt energy-saving requirements.
