摘要:科学研究者对大蠊进行研究后发现,大蠊中含有的一些化学成分可能有一定得药物活性。本实验就是想先用乙酸乙酯对大蠊浸膏进行萃取,除去非极性部分;得到的乙酸乙酯相,用硅胶柱吸附层析,再用高效液相色谱进行分析,然后经LH-20反相层析得到4种目标物质;萃取得到的水相用大孔树脂吸附,先用20%酒精溶液洗脱除去极性部分,再用40%酒精溶液洗脱收集,然后用高效液相色谱进行分析,再用LH-20反相层析得到1种纯的目标物质;最后对分离纯化得到的5种目标物质进行显色反应、紫外光谱及液质等检测。

Studies on the isolation and purification of chemical constituents from Periplaneta
Abstract:
Scientific researchers studied that Periplaneta contains some of the chemical constituents which may have some a drug ctivity. This experiment firstly want to use ethyl acetate to extract Periplaneta extraction, remove non-polar part. the phase of ethyl acetate, use silica gel column to carry out adsorption chromatography, and then use high-performance liquid chromatography to analyse,and then by the LH-20 reversed-phase chromatography to get four kinds of target substances; Aqueous extract obtained by macroporous resin adsorption, first with 20% alcohol solution to remove polar elution ,then with 40% alcohol solution elute and collect, and then use high-performance liquid chromatography to analyse, then by the LH-20 reversed-phase chromatography to get one target substance; Finally, the five kinds of target substances during by separating and purificating carry for color reaction, UV and LC-MS detection, etc.
