This experiment firstly want to use ethyl acetate to extract Periplaneta extraction, remove non-polar part. the phase of ethyl acetate, use silica gel column to carry out adsorption chromatography, and then use high-performance liquid chromatography to analyse,and then by the LH-20 reversed-phase chromatography to get four kinds of target substances; Aqueous extract obtained by macroporous resin adsorption, first with 20% alcohol solution to remove polar elution ,then with 40% alcohol solution elute and collect, and then use high-performance liquid chromatography to analyse, then by the LH-20 reversed-phase chromatography to get one target substance; Finally, the five kinds of target substances during by separating and purificating carry for color reaction, UV and LC-MS detection, etc. Keywords:Chromatography; chemical constituents; Periplaneta; color reaction
