The traditional analog television program manufactures the equipment after having experienced several generation of transformations, had already achieved the crest, its development speed also tends to be slow. The modern computer technology and the misalignment edition technology mature and the digital television manufacture technology's high speed development, software and hardware's price reduced relatively, has led the national various professions multimedia manufacture digitized advancements. The multimedia film and television teaching's manufacture, needs to follow this kind of situation develop similarly. Along with computer technology's unceasing development, the massive high quality advanced equipment enter the broadcast television domain, original broadcast controls the system already to underline its insufficiency.
