Only every staff in company grasps better technology and new knowledge, which will make the company successful in compete environment. Therefore, enterprise staff's training receives more and more importance of the leaders. With the development of the computer technology , applying computer to enterprise management becomes more popular, as a result ,it is imperative to manage staff training using computer. This system is developed to adapt to the advancement of enterprises, and to improve the efficiency and quality of the training work ,and also to the characteristics of modern enterprises. This paper briefly discuss about the background, development environment and demand analysis of Staff Training Management Information System. This system mainly comprise staff information management, the management of training requirements, the training plan, the eva luation of training and so on, which make the work of enterprise staff's training more systematization, standardization, automation, finally to reaches the aim of improving the efficiency of enterprise training management and bringing more benefits.
