摘要
随着我国移动通信网络规模的不断扩大和通讯技术的不断成熟，我国的移动通信用户发展极为迅速，国内通信市场的竞争也越来越激烈。提供更加优质的服务，满足用户各种各样的需要，已成为各个电信运营商吸引用户的一个重要的先决条件。随着移动通信用户的发展以及市场的繁荣，各种新的电信业务层出不穷。彩铃业务就是一种崭新的电信业务。
本文在对整个业务背景进行分析的基础上，结合浙江移动通信网的实际情况，提出了浙江彩铃业务平台的建设方案，给出了具体的设计与实现。
论文研究的内容主要包括:
1．对移动通信GSM网络、智能网、N0. 7信令系统进行分析。
2．给出在现有网络基础上实现彩铃业务的几种方案，对实现方案进一步分析，提出彩铃平滑过渡方案。
3．给出浙江移动彩铃业务平台的总体设计、整体框架、软硬件结构。
4．通过UIScript程序设计实现彩铃业务基本呼叫。
5．分析浙江移动彩铃业务平台存在的问题以及优化探讨。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of mobile telecom network and the progress of the mobile technology, the number of mobile phone users in our country expands very rapidly, and the competition in the telecom market has become even more intense. Providing high-quality service for users and meeting their various kinds of needs have become an important aspect for telecom companies to attract more users. The increase of users and the flourish of telecom market result in the advent of different kinds of services, among which Colorful Ring service comes forth.
This thesis analyses the background in which the Colorful Ring service comes into being, and in combination with the practical situation of Zhejiangmobile network, offers visualized design and practice. The contents are as follows:
1．In-depth studying and understanding of the GSM and the SS7.
2．Putting forward several projects to carry out Colorful Ring service on theGSM,and indicating the advantages and disadvantages.
3．Discussing how to design the Colorful Ring system as a whole and how to build up its software and hardware structure.
4．realizing basiccall of crbt by UIScript programming
5．Analyzing the problems on the Colorful Ring system runned by Zhejiang mobile and discussing how to Optimization．
