本科毕业论文范文 CRM系统帐套管理和数据维护 摘要 本文根据某软件公司日常业务和管理需求，设计并开发一个基于该公司现状的CRM客户关系管理系统其中的帐套管理和数据维护的模块。实现登陆控制，客户资料管理，日常工作辅助提醒等功能。 文章从问题的产生开始叙述，介绍了CRM系统的特点，产生背景及发展状况，以及本次开发所使用的开发工具和运行平台。在开发过程中，采用一般软件开发的步骤，经历需求分析，概要设计，详细设计，编码，测试各个阶段。技术上利用SQL SEVER 进行数据库创建和维护，利用Delphi 6.0完成具体的编码工作。数据库方面将用到各种类别的查询及视图等。界面设计上利用Delphi 各种控件，接口数据传输将利用动态数据链完成。 关键词: CRM；Delphi；SQL Server；帐套管理；数据维护 CRM System Account Management and Data Maintenance Abstract In accordance with the ordinary course of business and management needs of a software company, this paper designs and develops a module about account management and data maintenance in customer relationship management（CRM）system which is based on the status of the company. It enables the company with landing control, customer data management, job aids to remind the day-to-day functions. Firstly the article describes the problem, then it introduces the characteristics of a CRM system, the background and the development, as well as the platform and tools which we used in the whole process. Like general software development, this development includes these stages: needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, coding, testing. In the process, we use SQL SEVER to create and maintain the database, DELPHI 6.0 to complete the work of specific code. Meanwhile a variety of query and stored procedures will be used in database. At last we use kinds of Delphi Control Object in interface design, and complete dynamic data links by interface data transfer .
