摘 要
由于现代通信技术和计算机远程控制技术被引入自动控制领域，引发了控制技术的深刻变革，使设备的监控模式由最初的单机直接监控系统发展为基于网络的远程监控系统。通过远程监控，技术人员无须亲临现场就可以对现场的设备的运行情况进行监控，数据发布和远程监测是网络化监测系统中不可缺少的组成部分。数据实时发布和远程监测有利于数据积累和资源共享，提高故障诊断的可靠性、智能化、准确率和及时性。本文首先从设备故障诊断和状态监测技术的概念入手，分析了设备故障诊断和状态监测技术在企业设备管理中的重要地位，其次简单介绍了黄龙饭店目前设备故障诊断和状态监测技术---BA系统在酒店行业设备监控管理中的实施以及在实施过程中应注意的事项。最后，对该技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
As modern communications technology and computer control remote control technology has been introduced in the field, Led to profound changes in control technology, Equipment monitoring mode to the first single from the direct control system to a web-based remote monitoring system, Through remote monitoring, technical staff can not visit the scene of the equipment on site to monitor the operation of, Data distribution and remote monitoring network monitoring system is an indispensable component. Real-time data distribution and remote monitoring of data accumulation and benefit sharing of resources, improve the reliability of fault diagnosis, intelligence, accuracy and timeliness. In this paper, first fault diagnosis and condition monitoring technology concept, analysis of the fault diagnosis and condition monitoring technology in the enterprise device management in an important position, Followed by a brief introduction of the Dragon Hotel present fault diagnosis and condition monitoring technology --- BA system in the enterprise application monitoring and management equipment. Implementation and in the implementation process should pay attention. Finally, there is the development trend of the technology outlook.
