ABSTRACT
Dual fiber optical tweezers is theoretically analyzed in this dissertation. The capture range and the curves of simulation are shown. The models and principles of laser trapping technique are reviewed. The basic system setup is introduced. Laser trapping technique is introduced in the application of life sciences. The characteristics of each approach are analyzed. The prospects or further development are discussed. Under the approximation of geometric optics, the axial force exerted on the Mie microsphere particles is simulated. The result shows that the relationship between axial force and main parameters of laser trapping system. and the relationship between transverse force and main parameters of laser trapping system. So as to acquire the distribution of regional balance, and improve the system of micro-manipulation of the flexibility and accuracy.
