Dielectric coefficient reflects the media's storage capacity charge and energy in alternating electric field, the polarization of media is different from the media in different situation; dielectric loss, including the cause of conductivity loss, relaxation polarization loss, resonant loss, and the relationships with the frequency of the electric field in , low-frequency, high frequency anomalous dispersion area.
