粗毛栓菌木质素过氧化物酶的分离与纯化
摘要:将粗毛栓菌接种在含有麦草粉的培养基中培养60d,浸提得粗酶液,经超滤浓缩、盐析和透析,将透析液上样于Q-Sepharose F. F.层析柱,获得具有木质素过氧化物酶活性的组分。

Separation and Purification of Lignin Peroxidase in Trametes gallica
Abstract: Trametes gallica was cultivated in wheat straw powder for 60 days. The crude enzyme by ultrafiltrating, salting and dialysis, was applied to Q-Sepharose FF ion exchage column. The effluent with Lignin peroxidase acticity was obtained.
