摘 要
随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,先进的技术在教育领域得到了广泛的应用.当前,教育手段正从传统的教育技术向教学信息技术时代发展.网络化教学已成为现代教育技术发展的趋势和方向.传统的电视教材属于一放到底,满堂灌的教学方式,只适宜于大面积的系统教学,有很大的局限性,只能有序地、集体地、被动地收看,学生不能参与,信息不能反馈.但是没有反馈的教育是不完整的,不能满足现代开放教育的需要.因此,电视教材亟待改革.只有依靠现代技术手段,才能为电视教材开创新的发展空间.
现代远程教育技术的进步和网络的日益普及,为电视教材的广泛传播提供了平台。 从而电视教材作为一种教育信息资源进入了学校的局域网,在教学过程中与多媒体技术进行了有机的组合。本课题包含了两个有机化学的实验性电视教材，在克服传统电视教材被动、死板的局限性上，在与先进网络技术相结合的运用上，在对新型视频播放技术的借鉴上都做了一定的尝试和探索，目的是希望这些教材能够真正帮助提高学校的教学质量。

ABSTRACT
With modern science and technology, the rapid development of advanced technology in the field of education to be widely used. But no feedback education is incomplete. not open to meet modern educational needs. Therefore, the television materials have yet to be reformed. Only by relying on modern technological means, TV material can open up new space for development.
Modern distance education and technological progress and the growing popularity of the Internet, television and the wide dissemination of materials providing a platform. Thus television as a teaching education information resources into the school LAN, In the process of teaching with multimedia technology in the organic composition. The issue contains two organic experimental television materials, in overcoming traditional passive television materials, rigid limitations on the advanced network technology combining the use, In the new video broadcast technology have made reference to a certain experiment and explore, It is hoped that these materials can really help improve the quality of teaching in schools.
