In recent years, the demand of domestic phthalimide grows rapidly,leading to domestic production can not meet the demand,and imports a certain number of products annual. Organic solvents synthesis method is a low temperature, atmospheric reaction,and is a high purity Phthalimide synthesis method. the sublimation in the reaction process is less , improve the environment, reduces the reaction time and saves heated energy , the solvent mades raw materials mix widely, and the heat emitted from the reaction is taken away. Discussion of the paper is on the selection of a suitable solvent to improve the raw materials and products decentralized and contact conditions, and better control of temperature, and inspected the impact of the reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of solvent, reactant processing conditions on the yield and waste handling.
