¹Ø¼ü´Ê£ºÆpËÄôÈËáõ¥£»PPVÑÜÉúÎ¸øÌå/ÊÜÌåÌ«ÑôÄܵç³Ø£»¹âµç±íÕ÷
Abstract£ºIn this paper,one novel electron acceptors(A) based on perylenetet-racar-boxylat-es (Tetra-octyl Ester of Perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic, TOEP) was synthesized from3,4,910-perylene-Tetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA) and characte-rized by IR and UV-visble spectra. It can be soluble in chloroform and tetrahydrofuran. Electron donor(D):poly[(2-methoxy-5-octyloxy)-p-phenylene](MO-PPV) Was synthesized from p-hydroxyanisole and characterized by IR And UV-Visble spectra. Heterojunction D/A solar cells were fabricated with ITO as anode, aluminum as cathode and perylenetetracarboxylates-PPV derivatives bleds as photoactive layer. Their photovoltaic characteristics have been investigated and basic photovoltaic mechanism was described and discussed.
