糖尿病病人的护理
摘 要
研究背景
糖尿病是最常见的内分泌代谢疾病，其并发症发生率高，危害大，严重影响病人的生活质量。因此，根据不同个体对健康知识的需求，给予针对性的健康教育，并对其效果和护士的健康教育能力进行评价，满足病人的疾病知识需求和提高护士健康教育的质量。
研究目的
健康教育是预防病情进展的重要手段之一，可激发病人积极参与健康维护，改变不良生活方式，进行长期有效的血糖控制，预防和延迟并发症发生，提高生活质量。
研究方法
为了解糖尿病病人对疾病知识的认知程度和健康教育的需求程度，以针对其簿弱环节有目的地加强健康教为探讨糖尿病病人健康教育，提高其生活质量，采用自拟的问卷对60例糖尿病病人进行调查。
研究结果
结果表明，病人有一定的疾病知识，但缺乏科学的健康指导，需要能解决实际问题的健康内容。临床实践中发现，糖尿病在两种不良心理状态，一种是满不在乎，认为没什么了不起，表现为不重视饮食，不严格用药等。另一种表现为过于小心，谈“病”色变，焦虑、悲观等，在这些心理状态下，患者接受知识的能力大为降低。因此，不能急于向患者灌输知识，在与患者的首次交谈中就要有针对性地进行心理上的安抚及解释，让不同的患者从两个极端解放出来，避免心理紧张及精神刺激。从密切护患关系入手，加强心理沟通，增进感情交流，取得患者信任，再着手进行健康指导。

background
Diabetes is the most common endocrine metabolic diseases its complications, serious harm, affect the patient's quality of life. Therefore, according to the different needs of individual health knowledge, education, health, and pointed to the effect of health education ability and nurse evaluation, satisfy patient needs and improve the nurses health knowledge education quality.
Purpose research
Health education is the important means to prevent illness progress, one can stimulate patient actively participate in health maintenance and lifestyle changes, long-term effective prevention and control of blood sugar, delayed complications, improve the quality of life.
methods
In order to understand the knowledge of disease diabetes patients and health education of cognitive degree, according to the demand is weak points to strengthen health taught to explore the destination for diabetes patients, improving the health education and the quality of life of the questionnaire investigation of 60 diabetic patients.
Research results
Results showed that patients with certain diseases, but the lack of scientific knowledge, need to health to solve practical problems of health. In clinical practice, diabetes in two kinds of adverse mental state, one kind is made, and that nothing is not strictly drug diet, etc. Another kind is too careful about "disease" color changes, anxiety, pessimistic, etc, in these psychological condition, patients received knowledge ability. Therefore, not anxious to instill in patients with knowledge, for the first time in talking to the patient is pertinently on psychological comfort and interpretation, let the patient from two different liberated, avoid extreme mental tension and mental stimulation. From the close relationship between the, strengthen communication and promote the psychological and emotional communication with trust, then proceed health guidelines.
