Moreover, Small and Medium Enterprise and Entrepreneur Spirit and Venture Consciousness which are cultured by SME have become the pith of modern civilization and market economy and the innovate and development base of market economy system.To certain degree, we can say that there would have been no market economy if no Small and Medium Enterprise. First this article talk about the technical innovation's background and significance, Outlined after China joined WTO, if the Small and Medium Enterprise want to remains his status both in international market and in the domestic market, Which Small and Medium Enterprise take the technical innovation has significance.
