摘 要
目的：传统的压疮护理模式，注重创面的对症处理。而现代压疮的康复护理把压疮作为一个单独项目进行研究，根据伤口发展情况，医护人员对伤口进行分析、评估，对压疮进行合理的分期，制定相应的治疗方案并不断修改完善。
方法：2005年5月~2008年12月，我们对68例脊髓损伤伴有压疮病症的患者在传统护理的同时，按照康复护理程序对压疮患者的伤口进行分析评估，采取有效措施去除影响压疮愈合的负面影响因素，选择正确的康复护理方法和现代先进的康复护理器具，对压疮患者进行康复护理和治疗。
结果：对照组34例，无效(创面没有明显的改变或者变大、变深或者是渗出液增多)5例，有效(创面变小、变浅或者是渗出液减少)6例，治愈(创面完全消失，只是皮肤的色泽呈浅白色)23例，总有效率85.2%；治疗组无效0例，有效4例，总有效率100%。两组总有效率比较，P<0.05。对照组平均显效时间：分别为10d、25d、>40d，治疗组分别为6d、14d、<30d，两组比较差别明显。
结论:本法大大提高了压疮的治愈率，缩短了疗程，减轻了病人的身心痛苦，降低了病人的经济负担。

ABSTRACT
Objectives:

Methods:

Results: In control group of 34 cases and ineffective (no significant change in the wound or the larger and more deep or effusion) in 5 cases, effective (wounds smaller, lighter or exudate decrease) in 6 cases, cure (wound completely disappeared, but the color of pale white skin) 23 cases, the total efficiency 85.2%; 0 cases ineffective treatment group, effective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 100%.The total effective rate comparison, P <0. 05.Control group was markedly time: respectively 10 d, 25 d,> 40 d, the treatment group were 6 d, 14 d, <30 d, significant difference between the two groups.
Conclusion:
This greatly increased the cure rate of pressure sores and shorten the course of treatment, reducing the patient's physical and mental suffering, reduce the financial burden of patients
