目的探讨川穹嗪注射液在混合痔术后应用的有效性。方法 采取随机对照试验，组﹑对照组各60例，两组手术及换药方法相同，治疗组术后应用川穹嗪注射液静滴0.1g 1次/d。观察术后3d, 5d, 8d肛门水肿及疼痛情况，并给以评分量化比较。 结果 治疗组肛缘水肿发生率及水肿消退时间，疼痛消失时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。
结论 川穹嗪注射液能预防和治疗痔术后水肿，且安全有效、无毒副作用。

Objective 〖WTBZ〗 Explore the effectiveness of Tetramethylpyrazine injecta in postoperative application of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 〖WTBZ〗 A randomized controlled trail was performed, each of the treatment group and the control group is 60, the surgical methods and the changing medician methods of two groups are same, but in postoperative of the treatment group use intravenous Tetramethypyrazine injecta 0.1g once a day.Observe the anus edema and the condition of pain at the postoperative third day,fifth day,eighth day.The symptom of edema was scored and compared between two groups.ResultsWTBZ〗The incidence of edema and the gone time of edema,the gone time of the condition of pain are obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 〖WTBZ〗Tetramethylpyrazine injecta can prevent and control postoperative edema of Hemorrhoidal Disease ,and it’s safe and effective, Non-toxic side effects.

我科于2008年3月至2010年3月，对120例混合痔患者，分别60例为治疗组和对照组，治疗组加用川穹嗪注射液静滴防治痔术后肛缘水肿，取得了满意的疗效。
1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料
120例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例，男21例，女39例，年龄16—58岁，平均35岁，病程2—21年；对照组60例，男23例，女37例，年龄18—57，平均36岁，病程2—20年。两组患者一般资料具有可比性（P〉0.05）。
1.2治疗方法
两组均采用混合痔外切内扎术，术后常规用硝矾洗剂便后坐浴，左氧氟沙星液冲洗肛门，方芦甘石外用散敷创面，静滴抗生素3天。治疗组在常规处理的基础上，加用川穹嗪0.1g，
加入生理盐水250ml，缓慢静滴，3-4小时滴完，1次/d，连用8d。观察术后第3d, 5d, 8d 肛门水肿及疼痛情况。1.3统计学方法 ： 计数资料比较采用X2检验，计量资料比较采用t检验，P〈0.05 为差异有统计学意义。
2 结果
治疗组水肿4例（〈6.6%），对照组水肿10例（＜16.6%），治疗组明显低于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组水肿消退时间及疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组水肿及临床症状改善情况见表1.
