杨海 简介 杨海博士现任香港科技大学土木环境工程系讲座教授 (Chair Professor)、博士生导师。杨海教授1985年毕业于武汉水利电力大学(现武汉大学)水利建筑工程系,1985年以优异成绩考取国家教育部公派出国留学生。1986年在大连外国语大学经过短暂日语培训之后留学日本,并于1989及1992年获得日本京都大学交通运输工程系硕士和博士学位,曾经在美国加州大学和加拿大滑铁卢大学从事博士后研究工作。1993年应聘来香港科技大学任教、工作至今。杨海教授是国际交通运输领域的知名学者,在交通运输系统分析、建模与优化前沿工作二十余年、成果显著。有210多篇论文被SCI/SSCI检索,其中大多数论文发表在国际顶级期刊Transportation Research, Transportation Science及Operations Research上。其论文被引用6,000 (SCI)及13,000(google scholar)余次,SCI H指数值43,各项数据均在国际交通运输学界名列前茅。所获荣誉包括:1991年日本土木工程师协会杰出论文奖、杰出海外青年研究员奖(2004年中国国家自然科学基金委员会授予)、国家自然科学奖(2011年中华人民共和国国务院授予)、香港科技大学工程学院研究杰出奖(2012年)。
杨海教授曾是多个国际交通会议组委会及美国交通研究局多个专业委员会的成员、曾兼任香港交通运输研究学会副会长、中国系统工程学会理事等、现任北京航空航天大学、北京交通大学及同济大学等客座教授,清华大学讲席教授。2012年被国家教育部聘为北京航空航天大学“长江学者”讲座教授。国际交通及运输理论大会(ISTTT)国际顾问委员会永久委员。
杨海教授已培养出一批优秀硕士生和博士生、可谓桃李满天下。其中绝大多数博士生目前均在国内外知名大学(新加坡国立大学、美国南德克萨斯大学、加拿大温莎大学、英国利兹大学及格拉斯哥大学、以及国内的上海同济大学、南京大学、华中科技大学、上海交通大学及西南财经大学等)担任讲师、副教授或教授、从事各种教学和研究工作。
目前,杨海教授担任多份国际学术期刊的编委。他现在是国际交通运输领域最具权威和认可度最高的学术期刊—Transportation Research Part B:Methodological—的总编辑(是该期刊自1967年创刊以来的第三任主编)。
