摘 要
我国国民经济的高速发展对模具工业提出了越来越高的要求。为了抢占市场，模具设计制造开始向降低生产成本、提高产品质量、缩短产品开发周期的方向发展。并且，模具企业正在推进模具设计生产的信息化进程。
本设计介绍了注塑模的整个设计流程，首先进行塑件分析、通过合模力、注射量等的计算对注射机型号进行选取，之后选择分型面、型腔数，并对部分参数进行校核。接下来进行注塑模的整体结构设计，包括凹、凸模结构形式选择和成型工作尺寸设计计算及其零部件尺寸设计，型腔壁厚的计算校核；对浇注系统中的浇道、浇口的设计计算及浇口套的选择；排溢与引气系统设计；和温度调节系统中冷却系统的设计，水管直径、数量计算选择；脱模机构设计以及模架选择。针对奇瑞车后门槛饰板的结构特点，本设计选择了内滑块结构，对塑件上弯钩进行成型。把理论知识充分运用到实际设计工作中去。

Abstract
The rapid development of China's national economy of die and mould industry is increasingly high requirements. In order to seize the market, mould design and manufacture began to reduce production cost, improve product quality, shorten the cycle of product development direction. And, mould enterprise is advancing mold design production of informationization.
This design is introduced, and the design of injection mould for plastic flow analysis, first by injection mould, the calculation of injection machine etc, choose, after parting surface, and the number of mold, some parameters for checking. Next to the overall structure of the injection mould design, including the concave and convex molding mould structure and size of the calculation and design work parts design, mold cavity thickness is calculated, The runner gating system for the design and calculation, the gate of and sprinkle the choice, Row overflowing with air-entraining system design, And the temperature control system in the cooling system design, the number, diameter of pipe choice; Demoulding mechanism design and formwork choice.
