The aim of this paper is to analyze the internationalization of Chinese companies; in particular, the very successful cases-- Haier Group and TCL group. It focuses on comparison of their internationalization strategies. The first part of the paper, introduction is made to understanding of globalization, background information and the significance of the article. Meanwhile, it introduces some theories studying on the international operation. Through comparison of the typical strategies on international operation of some Chinese HAEs, such as Haier and TCL, the Article tried to analyze the pro and con of the selected strategies. Finally, this thesis advances suggestions for Chinese National Electric Appliance Enterprises that have entered international market and those are preparing to enter international market. 【Key Words】International Operation M&A Go Abroad Strategy
