毕业前清仓行动第三弹：由 David Spiceland 等人编著的第 7 版《中级财务会计》英文文字版 PDF。根据 McGraw-Hill 的资料，目前这个版本是最新版。（我知道自己在【教材】上貌似第一次发重复资源了……不过既然论坛是以定价方式来共享的，那就应该容许 bidding；而且我手头的 TB 和 SM 貌似还比较全，所以发一个整合帖。如果管理员认为不合适的话我就把教材 PDF 删掉。）
