毕业前清仓行动第三弹：由 David Spiceland 等人编著的第 7 版《中级财务会计》英文文字版 PDF。根据 McGraw-Hill 的资料，目前这个版本是最新版。（我知道自己在【教材】上貌似第一次发重复资源了……不过既然论坛是以定价方式来共享的，那就应该容许 bidding；而且我手头的 TB 和 SM 貌似还比较全，所以发一个整合帖。如果管理员认为不合适的话我就把教材 PDF 删掉。）

The FASB and IASB have been working together to issue converged accounting standards that will dramatically change key reporting areas, and more generally have sought to converge accounting standards over time. In late 2011, the SEC will announce its decision on whether large public companies in the U.S. will be able to choose whether to report under U.S. GAAP or IFRS or if all companies are anticipated to be reporting under IFRS in the near future.
