Social Collaboration - 社交合作//The key to a millennial-friendly workplace 成为Y世代友好工作环境的关键 Y世代,泛指1981年~2000年出生的人。 Millennials Want to Be Important Millennials don’t just want to feel important; they truly want to be an important, valued member of their team and organization. Although corporate hierarchies may always exist, it’s important for even the newest and youngest members of the ecosystem to feel essential. Social collaboration platforms provide a space for everyone’s input to be given, and everyone’s voice to be heard. Through real-time messaging, document collaboration and social commenting, every member of the organization is able to aid in the conversation and become part of the overall community.
