Social Collaboration - 社交合作//The key to a millennial-friendly workplace 成为Y世代友好工作环境的关键


Y世代，泛指1981年～2000年出生的人。


Millennials Want to Be Important
Millennials don’t just want to feel important; they truly want to be an important, valued member of their team and organization. Although corporate hierarchies may always exist, it’s important for even the newest and youngest members of the ecosystem to feel essential. Social collaboration platforms provide a space for everyone’s input to be given, and everyone’s voice to be heard. Through real-time messaging, document collaboration and social commenting, every member of the organization is able to aid in the conversation and become part of the overall community.


Y世代想成为重要的人
Y世代的年轻人们不仅仅是向被重视，他们更想要的是成为团队组织里重要的一员。虽然金字塔顶端的人 (CEO, CFO, COO...etc) 将永远存在，但在组织系统内注入新血也是很重要的。社交合作平台提供了一个让群体发声并给于自己的意见的机会。透过即时的交换讯息，文件交流，社会舆论等，所有组织内的成员都能够协助谈话内容的丰富度，进而成为整个族群内的一分子。
