【内容提要】加强现代农村物流金融的制度和技术创新，在更高层次上构筑农村物流业与金融业的合作关系，是推进农村改革发展，推进农村流通现代化，发展农村物流的前提基础和根本保障。因此，现代农村物流金融的产权制度设计、财税制度安排、土地制度创新、社保制度健全及监管制度完善，以及现代农村物流金融“地融仓”模式创建，构成了现代农村物流金融的制度和技术创新的体系框架，也是实现现代农村物流金融的制度和技术创新的根本途径。

【英文摘要】Modern logistics finance in China is new areas for the research. The innovation of the system and technology for the modern rural logistics finance is not only an essential requirement and basic protection of the modern rural logistics construction for financial support, but also a new facing topic to push forward the rural reform and development, and build a new socialist countryside. All constitute a theory system and policy framework of the system and technology innovation for the modern rural logistics finance, of the design for the property rights system, of the arrangements for the taxation system, of the innovation for the land system, of the sound for the social security system ,of the perfect for the regulatory systems, as well as the mode to create for the modern rural logistics supply chain finance "Land-finance-warehouse ". In this paper, logistics and finance, from two dimensions of the system and technology to explore how to develop the logistics finance, no doubt it's an important theoretical and application value to promote rural reform and development, to establish a modern rural land-finance system, to build a new socialist countryside, and develop the rural logistics.
