这里的“暧昧”，其实就是指的“出轨，背叛”的意思，英文中可以用到这个单词 affair.It means a sexual relationship between two people, usually when one is married to sb else，因为这是个名词，所以前面要加上 an，常见的搭配是 have an affair with sb.
比如说，他和老板有暧昧关系，就是：He's having an affair with the boss. 出轨除了 affair，还有个常见的词组是 cheat on sb，所以这个句子也可以说：He cheated on his wife.
